Marianna Di Regolo is a perfectly ambitious woman from Sacramento, California. She is the owner and operator of the blog titled The Collective Mill. Marianna's blog is a platform that provides blogging and business related resources to the entrepreneurial woman. She's constantly posting articles that focus on blogging, entrepreneurship, social media, email marketing, and more!
Marianna dreamt about becoming an entrepreneur ever since she was little. She ended up going to college in San Francisco and had the opportunity to start and work with a handful of small businesses. She then realized, from this experience, that what she loved most was connecting with and helping other entrepreneurs. That's when The Collective Mill was born!
In addition to The Collective Mill, Marianna also does freelance work. She thinks it's fun because she gets to help other people grow their social media accounts, email lists, and more!
When she's not working, Marianna likes to spend time with her fiancé. They can usually be found working on their home, at the rock climbing gym, or hanging out with their parents. Her and her fiancé also enjoy traveling and spending time with their cats!

Q: Have you ever been told you were too ambitious?
A: I don't think I have.
Q: Do you think it is good or bad to have dreams you may never accomplish? And why?
A: I think the more you dream, the more likely they will become a reality.

A: Having big dreams and always taking steps to reach them.
Q: What inspires you?
A: Other entrepreneurs and having the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
Q: What advice would you like to share with others?
A: Never give up. I truly believe, if you're passionate about your business, you put your heart into it, and you give it the time it deserves, you will be successful. It might take one or even ten years, but if you don't give up, you will eventually get there!
Q: How long have you been blogging?
A: On and off for 8 years.
Q: What is your favorite part about blogging?
A: Connecting with my community.
Q: What music do you like to have playing while you're writing?
A: I'm really bad at focusing when there is music in the background. When it's nice out, I'll work in my backyard. Otherwise, my house is pretty quiet.
Q: What is your biggest accomplishment?
A: That's a hard one. I think quitting my job to start The Collective Mill and buying my first home.
Q: What advice would you like to share with others?
A: Never give up. I truly believe, if you're passionate about your business, you put your heart into it, and you give it the time it deserves, you will be successful. It might take one or even ten years, but if you don't give up, you will eventually get there!
